Firstly, the Holy Spirit comforts or encourages you to believe. He will then teach you wisdom and counsel [the word] that will preserve you. Store such in your heart by studying and consciously proclaiming commitment to observe to do it. Finally, the Holy Spirit will faithfully pullout those words, exactly as you stored them in your heart, to remind and give clear counsel when you need to make decisions.
